Looks like there are going to be a lot of "Champagne Nights" for NE-YO in the near future! "Libra Scale" has to be one of Ne-Yo's best albums thus far. He is being a true Gentleman on this album! On this particular album, Ne-Yo is going the extra mile for his fan base with his songwriting skills and creativity! He tells a story with this album. If you purchase the Deluxe Edition of this album, you will receive 3 music videos that help him to tell his story through the eyes of a Superhero. This is an album that will make you appreciate him more as a true songwriter!!! His lyrics are SICK....and I mean that in a good way! His voice is simply amazing on this album! This is a must buy!!
First of all, I must give him props on the creative risk he took on this album! Like I stated before, he writes this album in the view of a Superhero. Not many artists can pull this off without being considered corny!! Ne-Yo's creativity is not viewed as corny......he is flat out suave! Fans should appreciate that he was thinking outside of the box when he created this album!
"Libra Scale" starts out with an up-tempo party anthem called "Champagne Life", which has a Michael Jackson favor to it! When you hear "Champagne Life", "Know Your Name", and "What Have I done", you cannot help but think about MJ! "Libra Scale" is a Must-Have! There is not a bad song on this album!
